What can a recovery coach do for me?

A recovery coach can support you in finding and staying on your path.  By building a relationship with our clients, we can help you stay motivated and on-task, with tools designed to help regain your independence and rebuild your life all helping you move toward your long term far-reaching goals.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

Every client jointly signs a commitment contract with their recovery coach.  We set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans.  And lets face the truth, relapse is a part of a healthy normal recovery.   What matters is how you handle it - the Bounce Methodology of recovery coaching strongly emphasizes the growth potential of relapse versus the feeling of failure and analysis paralysis, guilt and shame, and broken trust.  We have 3 simple steps..

How do we get started?
